12.3 Neither the Company, nor the software provider, nor any of the parties affiliated or connected therewith shall be liable for any loss, expense, or damage allegedly arising out of or in fact resulting from:

12.3.1 Any mistakes you made when entering incorrect information.

12.3.2 Any type of fraud or illicit activity.

12.3.3 The Company's decision not to accept your deposit, refuse to open an account, or suspend or close your account.

12.4 Any delay in receiving or accepting a deposit, or holding your withdrawals until you have completed the identity verification and other process.

12.5 Use of your account for purposes that may be considered illegal under applicable law.

12.6 Any operation or transaction that has been carried out from your account in case you have entered your username and password correctly.

XV. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

15.1 Any legal claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms or your use of the Website shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.

15.2 The parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao. The Company will not accept liability under the legal framework of any other jurisdiction.

XVI. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

16.1 From time to time, we may offer promotional incentives to our customers, such as bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points and/or other special offers (referred to in these General Terms and Conditions as "bonuses" or "promotions"). Some promotions require you to make a deposit (the "Associated Deposit") of a defined minimum amount in order to be eligible for the same.

16.2 You understand and agree that such promotions have their own terms and conditions, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions. XVII. MULTI-BONUSES

General Terms:

17.1 Up to 4 bonuses can be activated simultaneously.

17. 2If you only have one active bonus, the formula applies: Rollover = (BONUS + DEPOSIT) x Multiplier.

17.3 Multiple Bonuses: If you have more than one active bonus, you must calculate the Rollover of each bonus and add them together.

General Restrictions:
